Dear Doctor,My wife and I have been married for 15 yrs and have enjoyed a monogomus relationship during that time.My concern is that lately in the course of our lovemaking, I’ve started to orally engage my wife’s anus. We’ve never shyed away from regular cunnilingus/fellatio, but seemed to kind of avoid that area in the past.
