The problem here sounds like it is with your husband ‘s big head–not his little head. What I think is happening is this: muscle tension builds in the body at orgasm. And, when your husband tenses the muscles in his neck, face and jaw, the trigger points in those areas refer pain into the head–hence a headache.What can be done? Ask your doctor for a referral to someone who can teach muscle relaxation exercises. Physical therapists usually can teach muscle relaxation techniques. Good luck.
