How to Make Sure You Get Dr. Love’s E-mails

Increasingly, Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and mail providers are using filtering systems to keep spam out of customers’ inboxes. Sometimes they accidentally filter e-mails that you want to receive, incorrectly interpreting them as spam and delivering them to your "junk" or "bulk mail" folder.

Dr. Jamie Turndorf, known as Dr. Love on the web, never sends unsolicited e-mail (please view our Privacy Notice for details). However, due to the word "Love," our emails are occasionally incorrectly labelled as spam. To ensure that you receive e-mails that you requested either as part of registration or as a member of our mailing list, please add Dr. Love to your list of trusted senders.

Please "white-list" Dr. Love now, before your delivery is interrupted. Instructions for doing so vary from one provider to another. Often, it is as simple as putting our email address in your address book that’s connected to your email.  Other places to look for additional filtering and spam blocking setting are in ‘Preferences", "Options",  "Spam Blocker," "Mail Controls", ":Mail Fliters," and other similar sounding settings in your email.

Some of the instructions below for various email providers may now be out of date and not 100% accurate. However, they may help point you in the right direction. The best place to look is with your email provider so you to get know how your email system works and stay current with it.
