MILLBROOK ”“ A rare treasure has been preserved and restored by Dr. Jamie Turndorf, a restorator of period homes and radio host of “Ask Dr. Love”. This 1700’s structure functioned as the Killearn Tavern during the revolutionary war, but some of the artifacts and architecture of the house consistent with designs of the Pilgrim period suggests that it may actually pre-date the Revolutionary War .
Dr. Trundorf has done a remarkable job at recreating the period through research, her wealth of historical knowledge, and surprises she uncovered within the house itself.
Our three-part series begins today as we tour the historic site that Dr. Turndorf has preserved, but that is only half of the story. Jamie Turndorf also shares some incredible life experiences and the motivation for her book “Love Never Dies” , a fascinating and spiritual view of real life experiences connecting with the deceased.
